Not too crazy about the Ratatouille–there should’ve been less eggplant and more zucchini and tomatoes. The Jambalaya tasted good, but it didn’t taste like the Jambalaya I know (I miss Michelle’s cooking!) Note to self: I should take the photos of my dessert as well.
Breakfast: Egg salad & Veggie Crudites
Lunch: Dill Crusted Fish Fillet & Classic Ratatouille
Dinner: Chicken Jambalaya & Garlic Broccoli
