Yesterday I had to go out for an after-lunch meeting so I ate at home before leaving and during the meeting, I just drank a Latte with non-fat milk and Splenda (from Starbucks) and some sugar-free (but still so sweet) Iced Tea from Wendy’s. I had a great breakfast, which I can’t say for lunch, Dinner was just okay. I’m just not a fan of cauliflower and kangkong, sorry. Yesterday, my snacks (Jello and Tuna Salad) were better than the two veggie dishes.
Breakfast: Mediterranean Omelet
Lunch: Chicken Satay w/ Peanut Sauce + Curried Cauliflower & Chickpeas
Dinner: Fish w/ Black Bean Sauce & Garlic Kangkong
