Yesterday morning, I weighed myself upon waking up to see if there were any changes in my weight. I am pleased to say that I lost 11 pounds (or 5 kg) in a week of following this diet (Yey!). Also, yesterday was a great day–food wise. I loved everything: from breakfast, down to the 2 snacks and dessert. Kudos to the chef!
Breakfast: Grilled Milkfish & Scrambled Egg
Lunch: Chicken Burger & Salad w/ Creamy Sesame Dressing
Dinner: Korean Beef Stew & Cucumber Salad
